I am a no-barrier-terrier

The boss is working on something new. Now what is that?! Looks like a bird. I like birds, because I can chase them when they walk on the beach, fly low, or swim away. The boss gets angry when I do that. She does not want my Irish-Terrier-hunting-genes to be inspired. So I am not allowed to bother cats, birds, rabbits. But sometimes I do, because I am a naughty terrier, am even a member of their club! Now what is this red and white stuff? Barrier-tape? I am a no-barrier-terrier…
