Duvel the variomatic terrier

by | June 2013

After a few days of summer, there was the rain again. The good thing is that it brought our dog back to action. During the hot days he moved like a snail, he is quite an actor. It amazes me how many kinds of “walks” he can do. You could write a book about his body language. The last few days he was walking like “leave me alone – I am hot – can’t you see my tongue hanging out?!” This morning he switched to “come on – move on – I have things to do!” Duvel, I know, you have to mark your territory, say “hello” to all the guys and read the messages they left for you. The most funny thing is when you run along, and then suddenly stop and reverse, because you picked up on something. You remind me of the Daf-variomatic cars from my childhood, who could drive backwards as fast as forwards. Duvel the variomatic terrier…
